Headquartered at 2220 NW 4th St. Removal, pruning, clearing and storm work from the crew that lives here.
Tree Carex LLC is headquartered in Battle Ground, at 2220 NW 4th St, and Lazaro has run it from here since 2000. The same person walks every estimate, runs every climb and answers every call, so the answer you get on the first visit is the one that holds on the day of the work.
In town and out on the surrounding acreage, the work is the full list: hazard and dead tree removal, ISA-standard pruning, lot and view clearing, stump grinding, cabling and bracing, and emergency storm cleanup around the clock.
Battle Ground is tree country. Douglas fir, Western red cedar, big-leaf maple and red alder grow big here, and plenty of them stand right next to houses, driveways and power lines. Our wet winters soften the ground just as the windstorms arrive, which is when a tall fir with a weak root plate or a maple with a rotten union becomes a problem.
A hazard tree assessment tells you which trees are fine, which need a prune or cabling, and which should come down before the next storm does it for you. When we take one down, the drop is planned around what you are protecting.
Local means quick. With the shop on NW 4th St, a Battle Ground estimate is usually a short drive for Lazaro, and so is a storm call. When you phone (360) 800-7616 you reach the arborist, not an answering service, and the person you talk to is the person who shows up with the saws.
Not sure what your trees in Battle Ground need? Call (360) 800-7616 or use the contact form, and Lazaro will set a time to walk the property with you. The estimate is free, and you will know what comes out, what gets pruned and what it costs before any work starts.

No. Topping damages trees. We thin, shape and reduce crowns with ISA-standard cuts so the tree stays healthy and safe.
Call (360) 800-7616. Emergency storm response runs 24/7, including limbs on roofs and trees across driveways.
